PHYSICIANS

JAIME RODRIGUEZ, MD: Completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as his fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Tennessee, where he was later appointed the Director of Gynecology in 1991. Dr. Rodriguez then became the Residency Program Director at the University of Florida School of Medicine in Pensacola. He is the founding member of Southeast Perinatal Associates.

CESAR ROSA, MD: completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Puerto Rico in 1979 and his Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Florida in 1995. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (1981), Reproductive Endocrinology (1987) and Maternal-Fetal Medicine (1997.) For 21 years, Dr. Rosa was on active duty in the U.S. Army, serving as a physician. He joined Southeast Perinatal Associates in 2000.

CESAR BARADA, MD: completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens in 1993 and his fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of New Mexico Health Science Center in 19995. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (1997) and in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (1999.) Dr. Barada was Associate Attending and Medical Student Coordinator at Rochester General Hospital and Assistant Professor at University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, New York. Dr. Barada joined Southeast Perinatal Associates in 2001.
